I am happy to announce that I will be taking part in the Ontario Plein Air Society gallery show on Friday Sept. 16th. Come and browse the work from dozen or so plein air artists in the historic JEH MacDonald house. Of course I will have a collection of recent paintings presented and I would be delighted to talk your ear off :)
Below are some recent paintings, mostly painted in the early morning at Ashbridges Bay or Taylor Creek area. I also got to paint in the rain, the image below was painted while I was hudled under the umbrella. I never thought you could do that with pastels :)

COngrats this is awesome! I did not even know we had a plein air society in toronto. I just looked at the events i wish they were during the weekends! I have started painting more and more outside but with guashe this year not pastels maybe I will join!
Hey Olga! Nice to hear from you. The plein-air group basically started last year. It grew exponentially this year with many new members joining it. If you are interested in coming and painting with us just let me know. It is very causal and informal.
