Children's Book illustration

My good friend Mat and I are taking a short "Children's Book illustration" course over at UofT. I have to say that I am quite excited to be back at school after all these years. Also, it feels odd, that on the day of the course I regularly teach my animation class at Centennial College- a student and a teacher on the same day. Here is a colour study for one of the characters in the short story that I am illustrating.
